We started Puppy Pen Pal to bring back something magical:

In today's world of screens and notifications, we wanted kids to experience that magic too. So we created Scout — a puppy detective who sends personalized letters asking for your child's help solving mysteries. Screen-free and something they'll remember forever.

What is the story about?
Over the course of the year, Scout takes your child through multiple mysteries. The first is called The Case of the Vanishing Patterns — animals around the world are mysteriously losing their colors and patterns, and Scout needs your child's help to investigate clues and uncover the truth.
When that mystery is solved, a brand new adventure begins with fresh clues, new destinations, and new lessons to discover.
When does the first letter ship? Is there tracking?
The first letter ships within 5 business days with tracking, so you can be sure it arrives safely and without issues.
After that, letters are sent via standard mail to preserve the fun, screen-free snail mail experience kids love.
Is this a subscription? Does it renew? Can I cancel?
Yes, Puppy Pen Pal is a 12-month subscription. You can pay monthly or prepaid for the full year.
At the end of 12 months, your subscription simply ends — no surprise renewals. If you're on the monthly plan, you can cancel anytime.
