30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your child’s experience, contact us within 30 days of your first delivery and we’ll provide a full refund.

Because our letters are personalized mailed experiences, we do not require physical returns.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Mail

Please inspect your delivery when it arrives. If a letter is damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive, email us at hello@puppypenpal.com
 and we’ll make it right promptly.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process and post the refund.
