Cancellation policy

Some Puppy Pen Pal adventures are offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how subscription purchases work and how to manage or cancel them.

How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, your child will receive recurring letter deliveries based on the plan you select.

• Monthly plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.
• Prepaid plans are charged upfront for the full term and do not renew unless clearly stated at checkout.

Your payment information is stored securely and billed according to your selected plan.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. A link to your portal is included in your order confirmation email.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
