Your child’s first letter ships within 5 business days and includes tracking so you can follow its journey to your mailbox.

After that, letters are mailed twice per month via standard USPS mail — creating the magical snail mail experience kids love.

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times may vary slightly based on location.
